Hey, I’m Karl. I’m just a guy who kept running into computer problems that bugged me enough to fix them myself, like videos eating my hard drive and photos too big to send. The tools I found didn’t do it the way I wanted, so I wrote my own. Friends and family started using them, then strangers on the internet too. Now everything I make lives right here. Free to use, no subscriptions, no ads.

Video Squisher
Makes big video files small without making them look worse. You pick the quality in plain words, and it finds the smallest file that passes.
It started with my mom: her hard drive was full, and she didn’t want to delete her old videos. I wanted her to keep all of them without the giant file sizes.

The friends and family who loved Video Squisher kept asking how to shrink their photos too. And I wanted one simple tool to convert any format to any other.

For two or more monitors. Hover the seam between screens and you can see the windows on the other one.
I didn’t want a taskbar on my extra monitors, but I still wanted to know which window was on which screen. No tool did it the way I wanted, so I wrote my own.
